brighton was fine, actually. i found a bookstore not too far away from where i stayed that contained a fair amount of literature influenced by the gothicism. being a slight bookworm, i spent most of my time in the store, keeping to myself. after all, i'm not a beach person.
i see the rate of punk nongoths is going up. stay strong, everyone; they will pass. they always do.

too many things have happened in one day.
1. i lost my way of expression
2. my superior is a nazi
3. my only possible romantic involvement has been terminated (and i'm happy about it.)
yet i am strong, and the gothicism will carry me forward.
